Unfortunately not, we only operate online.

Personalized products cannot be exchanged.

Yes, you can return the product within 30 calendar days of delivery. You can do it in 2 ways:

Delivery

The order is shipped the next business day after it is placed. The processing time is usually 2-3 business days.

We ship the goods via InPost or DPD courier. The parcel can be delivered to the address you specify or to a collection point.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the time the parcel stays in the parcel locker. If you still want to receive your order, please contact us and we will send it again.

Couriers deliver parcels according to a pre-agreed schedule. Most of them contact you by phone to deliver your parcel at a time convenient for you.

All products are packed in original boxes. They are additionally secured with a bubble envelope or protective foil.

Payments

We offer 3 possible ways to pay for your order:

- Fast online transfer or credit card (Przelewy24, PayU);

- Bank transfer;

- BLIK.

- Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa)

In the event of cancellation of the order, the refund will be made automatically to the account from which the payment was made (applies to instant transfer and credit card).

Yes. There is no option to pay on delivery.

An unpaid order will be automatically canceled after 7 days. If you want us to complete another project for you, just place a new order.

My account

You can view and edit your information at any time by logging into your account. You can cancel your registration completely and delete your data at any time.

We take the privacy and personal data of our customers very seriously. The data you provide will be processed in accordance with data protection laws and regulations. This means that your data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. For more information, please see our privacy policy.

If you want to log in to your account but have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" button. In the window that opens, enter your email address. We will send you a new password via email, which will allow you to set a new password.

You can log in during the ordering process or via the MY ACCOUNT menu item at the top of the page.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, please click the "unsubscribe" link in the footer of the newsletter or log in to your online store account and unsubscribe from the newsletter in its menu.

We can make any changes before engraving.

Yes. However, when engraving in a foreign language, not every font can be used.

Own project

For your own projects, the best choice will be a black and white graphic saved in png or vector format. Remember that it will be difficult for us to create a perfect pattern for you if the graphic contains gradients.

Most of our styles are ready to create an image from a photo of almost any quality. Send us a photo taken with any camera, phone or found on social media, and our graphic designers will do everything to make your image look professional.
